Key Account Manager - Getirİş

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Spearhead the implementation of our corporate account strategy.
- Lead the development and execution of impactful sales and merchandising initiatives in the field, driving revenue growth and market share.
- Own the financial health of key accounts, manage budgets, track expenditures, and identify opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits, be genuine towards our business partners, and guide them in solving their employment challenges.
- Be a leader within the relatively small, energetic, and entrepreneurial Getirİş team, going beyond your responsibilities as Key Account Manager and wearing different hats when necessary.
- Monitor account receivables, minimizing risk through timely reconciliation and payment collection actions. After all, the business has to make money so we can help people with a better job-finding experience.
- Work directly with the Managing Director of Getirİş who will generously expose you to other aspects of the Getirİş business.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Spectacular communication skills. Understanding our partners and getting them to buy into our vision is our bread and butter
- Minimum 3 years of experience in key account sales management. Strong multi-stakeholder management capability, communication, and negotiation skills
- Genuine character
- Spreadsheet and presentation skills
- Open to domestic travel
- Advanced English
- Critical thinking and a hunger to learn
- An attitude of “we’re never complete, always learning.
