          What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take ownership of the day-by-day growth of Getirİş
• Identify growth corridors and opportunities to continue scaling Getirİş
• Work hands-on with analytics & data to understand customer behavior, discover opportunities and major challenges
• Keep an eye on market trends and competition actions
• Challenge your teammates, your manager, and all individuals who stand in the way of your growth objectives.
• Develop and execute growth projects from infancy to adulthood with agility
• Planning digital marketing and growth marketing strategy via personalization models
• Optimize customer journey with upsell, cross-sell, engagement, and retention actions
• Optimize the campaigns and different base marketing channels to improve conversion rates
• Manage campaigns while thinking about better campaigns
• Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet goals
• Go to sleep thinking about whether today’s growth actions will pay off when you look at the results in the morning.
  
  What You’ll Bring:
   
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Min 4 years of experience in Growth, CRM or Digital Marketing, preferably in digital ecosystems.
• Genuine character.
• Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in an imperfect dynamic startup environment
• Critical thinker with an “Analyze first, act second” mindset
• Understanding of growth hacking
• Data-driven work style and reasoning
• Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
• A can-do, will-do attitude
• Results-driven and delivery-focused approach
• Advanced English
